Christmas Tree tea towel Flour Sack Towels
Pack of two each for each image shown in the thumbnail photos. These are the old fashion flour sack tea towels that are so absorbant and great for the kitchen. These measure prox 29 x29 and are the deluxe towel of 100% cotton. Flour sack tea towels are great for drying glassware and are lint free. All the original art is created with watercolors and pressed flowers and they are prints put onto the flour sack towels. The image size measures prox 5 x 7 depending on the dimensions. These are done with a commercial heat press not an iron so the image is embedded well into the fabric and fine for washing. I can personalize them free for you or just have the plain image. If you would like personalizing then put in the "notes to seller" box your wishes or convo me with any questions. Ideas for personalizing could be name of family "The Welch's" or "Cheryl's Kitchen" ect.

When the flour sack was empty it would be laundered, bleached, cut and hemmed. They were commonly used as kitchen towels, cleaning and polishing cloths, diapers, underwear, sheets, and pillowcases. Part of the charm of flour sack towels are their imperfections. No two towels are the same. All the nubs and imperfections are characteristics of this fine towel.
