I used a 14 in grapevine wreath and used red berries, green, red and gold plaid ribbon and primitive bells. I have also used pine bows and pine cones.

Rustic Burlap with Red Berries Grapevine Swag & Round Wreath Combination
Unusual grapevine wreath - This combination 14 in round wreath with a 24 in swag attached to the top is decorated with lots of red berries and burlap ribbon trimmed in red. In the center is a large burlap bow - cascading down the side are swirls of curled burlap with a red trim. Finished dimensions are approximately 24 in wide, 14 in tall and 4 in deep.
