These joyful snowmen with their bright orange carrot noses and long scarves are pieced on a medium turquoise background. The forest trees are a variety of fabrics in green and multi-colored prints. Each snowman has been pieced with a different white print, and all the patchwork stars were made with a variety of whites. A green and white check patterned fabric was used as the backing, and the quilt has been professionally machined quilted in an overall swirling snowflake design. The snowmen have large, specialty button accents. A hand sewn, double folded binding adds the finishing touch. These snowmen would brighten any room and could be used on a twin bed, a topper on a larger bed, hung on a wall, or draped on the back of your sofa. Quilts should not only be beautiful, they should also be functional. All my quilts can be machine washed and dried. You can expect some minimal shrinkage. Embroidered Quilt, Embroidered Snowmen
Snowmen, Quilt, Winter Quilt, Embroidered Quilt, Embroidered Snowmen, Patchwork Snowmen I love snowmen! When I found this snowman fabric I had no idea what I'd make with it. Well you can see I figured it out and added MORE snowmen in the making. Each row has not only one or two of the cotton-fabric snowmen, but one or two of my embroidered snowmen. Some people think snowmen are only for Christmas. I totally disagree - snowmen are for winter-ALL WINTER. They make me happy. They remind me of those wonderful winter days when my boys were young and we would build a snowman. We would dress them up with hats, scarves, branches, lumps of coal a real carrot nose - everything we could think of that snow-storm. Wonderful memories - I hope you have some of those also. This quilt measures about 60" x 94". The top is 100% cotton, batting is a cotton/polyester blend, and the pale sage green backing is polyester. The background is a pale shaded cream/tan/gold snowflake design. I made the sashing in red, green and blue. The binding is blue.

This cute winter quilt measures 59 x 72 from the Debbie Mumm fabric line called All Bundled Up from Wilmington Fabrics. The fabric features snowmen, plaids, snowflakes and other winter motifs. There are rows of these featured fabrics and then borders of rows of snowmen. The backing is an allover snowman motif. I long arm machine quilted this in an all over pattern called Simplicity. The binding was machine sewn to the front and then hand sewn to the back of the quilt.

Item Details (244) Shipping & Policies This 33 1/2" square quilt can be used for a wall hanging with the generous 4" sleeve on the back, or display it on your table for a decoration all on it's own. This is a whole cloth quilt; it is not appliqued. I meticulously outline quilted each item in the quilt and stitched a straight line around the red check around each block. I then added a burgundy binding which is attached in the traditional way with double layer fabric machine sewn to the front and meticulously hand stitched to the back. This is a great size to display on your wall, as a table quilt or across the back of your sofa. All of my wall hangings and quilts have Hobbs 80% cotton, 20% polyester batting between two layers of cotton. I also include a generous hanging sleeve. This one is backed with a blue and burgundy print. . As with all my cotton fabrics, they were washed and dried prior to sewing to eliminate bleeding of colors.

This snowman rag quilt is very soft and warm. It is made with the Disney frozen character Olaf. It is so soft and adorable! Measurements: 41 1/2" x 47 1/2" Fifty-six squares of 100% cotton fabric make up this beautiful rag quilt. I only use premium quilting fabric in all my quilts. There are 3 layers to each square. Hobbs premium quilt batting is sandwiched between each square and sewn with a traditional X. The front and back of this quilt is all flannel. The back of it is exactly like the front. The solid squares are a marbled blue, white, and a marbled grey. The seams have been carefully snipped by hand to give it that rag effect. I make the snips real close together to give it an extra amount of fluff on the ends. My quilts are very soft and fluffy.

Just in time for Christmas. This quilt was machine pieced and appliqued with all quality Christmas fabrics. You'll love the vibrant blues, whites and greens. The snowman has buttons for eyes and buttons down his green coat. The cardinal is made of red tonal fabric with embroidered beak. Each mitten was appliqued on with a small zigzag stitch and custom applique on the mitten cuff. The snowflakes are 18" square and hand cut out and machine appliqued on the deep blue fabric. The tree ornament was custom made to fit the 18" square. The trees are 18"x36" of different green fabric, to give it that whimsy, country look. The snowflakes are hand cut out and appliqued on deep blue fabric. It was machine quilted with an edge to edge snowflake pattern. It measures 92"x93". It is 100% cotton fabric and 100% low loft cotton batting. The Christmas quilt can go on your bed from Thanksgiving to New Years. It is beautiful.

Snowman Rag Quilt
Rag quilts are the latest trend in quilting. Unlike traditional quilting, with a rag quilt the wrong sides are sewn together, leaving the ends exposed. I then hand snip the ends and the quilt is laundered. Once the quilt is washed, those ends become frayed and soft. The more you wash it the more frayed and soft it will become.
