Well you can see I figured it out and added MORE snowmen in the making. Each row has not only one or two of the cotton-fabric snowmen, but one or two of my embroidered snowmen. Some people think snowmen are only for Christmas. I totally disagree - snowmen are for winter-ALL WINTER. They make me happy. They remind me of those wonderful winter days when my boys were young and we would build a snowman. We would dress them up with hats, scarves, branches, lumps of coal a real carrot nose - everything we could think of. Wonderful memories - I hope you have some of those also. This quilt measures about 60" x 94". The top is 100% cotton, batting is a cotton/polyester blend, and the pale sage green backing is polyester. The background is a pale shaded cream/tan/gold snowflake design. I made the sashing in red, green and blue. The binding is blue.

Frosty the Snowman Country Quilt
Just in time for Christmas. This quilt was machine pieced and appliqued with all quality Christmas fabrics. You'll love the vibrant blues, whites and greens. The snowman has buttons for eyes and buttons down his green coat. The cardinal is made of red tonal fabric with embroidered beak. Each mitten was appliqued on with a small zigzag stitch and custom applique on the mitten cuff. The snowflakes are 18" square and hand cut out and machine appliqued on the deep blue fabric. The tree ornament was custom made to fit the 18" square. The trees are 18"x36" of different green fabric, to give it that whimsy, country look. The snowflakes are hand cut out and appliqued on deep blue fabric. It was machine quilted with an edge to edge snowflake pattern. It measures 92"x93". It is 100% cotton fabric and 100% low loft cotton batting.

This listing is for a very cheery snowman quilt. Bordered with a festive line of wintery trees. Quilt was made with quality cotton fabric and professionally longarm quilted in our family quilt store. The quilted pattern is an all over snowflake pattern. Backing is a dark blue with little birds all over. Please note that this quilt does have a couple of light stains. They may come off when washed. Stains were so light that they were hard to photograph. Measures 71.5" X 71.5" All quilts in my shop were made as samples to hang in our families quilt store. You may see threads that need to be trimmed. Quilts were made and hung when they were finished. They have NOT been washed yet. If you choose to wash your quilt, keep in mind that after washing and drying your quilt will look slightly tighter and perhaps a bit smaller.

This snowman quilt is so pretty!! It is handmade by myself. This rag quilt would look beautiful hanging on your wall, across the back of a sofa or chair. Or you can use it to snuggle with on a cold chilly day. Measurements: 41" x 46 1/2" Fifty-six squares of 100% cotton fabric make up this beautiful rag quilt. There are 3 layers to each square. The front and back of this quilt is made with premium quilting fabric. The back of this quilt is made exactly like the front. Hobbs premium cotton quilt batting is sandwiched between each square. I used silver metallic decorative thread to sew the traditional X in each square. The seams have been carefully snipped by hand to give it that rag effect. I make the snips real close together to give it an extra amount of fluff on the ends. My quilts are very soft and fluffy. This quilt has been washed once to start the ragging process. Wash on gentle cycle, cold water. Tumble dry low. Rag quilts wash beautifully!

A great nap sized quilt, this is done with a predominately blue and white theme. Accent colors are a lighter blue and some beige. Fabric line is Snowman Gatherings by Moda. The freehand quilt designes are a swirly spiral wind on the inner blocks, with feathers in the large and skinny borders. Navy thread was used in the smaller border and is also visible on the back. The back of the quilt is pieced with snowman print and various white on white prints. Quilt size is 51.5" by 54", perfect to keep tootsies warm while sipping hot chocolate on the couch. This quilt has been prewashed and is machine washable.
